These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fh777 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://fh777.win ("Platform"). All financial transactions on the fh777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

fh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• fh777 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• A Player has initiated a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider without first contacting fh777 support;
• fh777 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure for cause, fh777 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where closure is at the Player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to Player fault, real-money balances (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Any unauthorized use of Platform intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of fh777's intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fh777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fh777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to system malfunction, or any other commercial loss.

fh777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fh777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond fh777's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

fh777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fh777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the fh777 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
